RESOLUTION NO. 99-519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROPRIATION OF
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE ARENAL ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT NO. 3590.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council accepted a bid and awarded a contract for the constructiol
6 Arenal Road Reconstruction, Contract No. 3590, on April 20, 1999; and
7 WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $157,000 have been appropriated and are availabl
8 the Arenal Road Reconstruction Account; and
9 WHEREAS, the additional appropriation from the Gas Tax fund in the amount of $1 1 ,(
10 is requested; and
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb,
12 California.

3. That the City Manager is authorized to approve contract change orders up to I 15
2. That the appropriation of $1 1,800 from the Gas Tax fund is approved. 14
1. That the above is true and correct.
