RESOLUTION NO. 99-525
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR CURB GU-TTER & SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT
CONTRACT NO. STS99-00-01
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications fo
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete Curb Gutter & Sidc
Replacement Contract No. STS99-00-01 have been prepared and are on file in the f
Works/ Street Maintenance Division office and are incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS sufficient funds are available for this project in the Major Street Mainter
and Transnet Local Sidewalk Construction Project No. 6 budgets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Carlsb
follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The contract documents, special provisions and specifications as presentel
hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to procc
publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contract docun
special provisions and specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
DECEMBER , 1999, by the following vote, to
