RESOLUTION NO. 2000-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A PERSON TO FILL
THE VACANCY OF THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THE CITY
CLERK
WHEREAS, Lee Rautenkranz has submitted her resignation as City (-
effective January I I, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of filling that vacanc)
appointment pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal Code section 2.04.030,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
