RESOLUTION NO. 2000-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE DONATION OF TWO POLICE VEHICLES
TO PALOMAR COLLEGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California d
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the two surplus police vehicles herein noted be dona
to Palomar College for use as they see fit in their Criminal Jus
Department.

2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized ar
directed to execute said donation for and on behalf of the City of CarlsbE

necessary documents through required agencies to facilitate transfer of
the title of the vehicles to Palomar College.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of 1
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 18th day
Janyary , 2000, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin
