RESOLUTION NO. 2000-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT ON CHESTNUT AVENUE AND VALLEY STREET,
PROJECT NO. 3391-4.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Sidewalk Improvement Project on Chestn
Avenue and Valley Street has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Sidewalk Improvement Project on Chestnut Avenl
and Valley Street, specifically identified as Project No. 3391-4, is deemed complete a1
hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds shall be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinance
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C
Council held on the 18thday of January , 2000 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
