RESOLUTION NO. 2000-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Housing Commission, due to
the death of Bob Rose; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Housil
Commission under the category of “Senior Tenant assisted by Carlsbad Housing Authority”;
fill the remainder of the term, which expires in July, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 1
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Housir
Commission, in the “Senior Tenant assisted by the Housing Authority” category, for a ter-
