A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE CARLSBAD SENIOR COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur Serrin expired in Septemk
1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to SE
as a member of the Carlsbad Senior Commission for a term
expire in September, 2003.
ARTHUR SERRIN
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of
City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the Lthday of February
2000, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmembers Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nyqaard.
NOES: None.
ABSENT : Kulchin.
