RESOLUTION NO. 2000-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS TO PROVIDE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT UPGRADE AT
CALAVERA PARK
7 WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for 1

Calavera Park, Contract No. POO-02 have been prepared and are on file in the Put 9
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide playground upgrade
10 WorkslGeneral Services and are incorporated by reference herein; and
11 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the Park Maintenance Cap
Outlay budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb
13 California, as follows:
14 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the contract documents, special provisions and specifications as presen 15

17 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directec

proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the work of said contr
