RESOLUTION NO. mo-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Housing Commission, due to a
move from the City by Jim McNeil; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Housi
Commission under the category of “Member at Large”; to fill the remainder of the term, whi
expires in July, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Hous:
Commission, in the “Member at Large” category, for a term which expires in July, 2001 :
RENEE HUSTON
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Cour
of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th day of MARCH , 2000, by the following vote
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin
