RESOLUTION NO. 2000-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
THREE TOR0 MOWERS
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires the purchase of the mowing equipment
to maintain City facilities, and;
WHEREAS, the City has standardized on Tor0 equipment for this purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase
order to California Turf in the amount of $107,345.95 including sales tax .;
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad held on the 11th day of April , 2000, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
