A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REVISED FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE
2000-2001 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT/HOME PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held a public hearing on Mi

Program; and 7
submitted for funding consideration under the 2000-2001 Community Development Block Grant/HC 6
7, 2000 to accept comments on the needs of low and moderate income persons and the propa
8 WHEREAS, the City Council considered the CDBG Funding Advisory Committee’s rev
9 recommendations for project funding allocations; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council selected the projects to be included in the City of Carlsbad’s 21
1 1 2001 Community Development Block Grant/HOME Program; and,
12 WHEFUEAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account.
13 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
14 11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the 18
