RESOLUTION NO. 2000-115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK, CURBING AND
CONCRETE SURFACING AROUND THE TOT LOT AT HOLIDAY
PARK
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications for

furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide tot lot upgrade at Holic
Park, Contract No. POO-03 have been prepared and are on file in the Public Works/Genc
Services and are incorporated by reference herein; and

I1 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available for this project in the Parks Operation budget.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsb:
