RESOLUTION NO. 2000-142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING $5,000 FROM THE
FY 1999100 COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS ACCOUNT TO FUND
COUNCIL POLICY #61
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1999 the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Calif1
approved Council Policy #61, Request For City Contributions To Grad Nite Activities.
WHEREAS, San Dieguito Academy, Carlsbad High School, La Costa Canyon
School and San Marcos High School Grad Nite Committees have requested donations and
met all resident requirements.
WHEREAS, based on Council Policy #61, Staff has calculated the following dot-
distributions: Carlsbad High School, $3,000; San Dieguito Academy, $150, La Costa CE
High School, $1,300 and San Marcos High School, $550.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl5
California does hereby approve $5,000 in funds for Grad Nite Activity donations from thl
1999/00 from the Community Contributions - Account #0014540-8540.
