2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PROCESS THE MAP FOR 4
CARLSBAD TRACT CT 96-03, PACIFIC VIEW ESTATES #2 AND
RECORDING.

WHEREAS, , LB/L - Concordia Carlsbad - 25, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Co. I
submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-03 to the City of Carlsbad for approval; a
WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract CT 96-03 with conditions, VI
8 approvedlrecommended for approval by the Planning Commission on 6/18/97, pursuant
9 Resolution No. 4100; and

10 WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has determined that said map substanti;
11 conforms to said conditionally approved tentative map; and
12 WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or securi
13 and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered public street and public easements for dedicati 14 11 to the City of Carlsbad; and
15 II WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and
I' I I requirements of City Codes and Standards; and
17 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the puk
I* interest to approve said final map; and
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbz

California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
22 2. That said final map known as Carlsbad Tract CT 96-03, which is on file with tl
23 ll Public Works Director and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City accepts the dedications shown on the final map. 24
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the fin
25
map.
26 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original final map to be recorded
27 the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.

2 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to Lawyers Title Company
3 recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
