A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS
TO THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Gene Char-tier expires in March 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
5 . That the above recitations are true and correct.
6. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of tl
Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term which expires in March, 2004:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Count
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th day of Jdv , 2000 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
