A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD BEACH EROSION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Prohaska expires in June, 2000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CounciI of the City of ’
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed as a Beach Erosion Committee
Member for a term expiring in June, 2004:
Robert Prohaska
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 11th lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
