A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FARADAY AVENUE
EXTENSION GRADING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION. PROJECT NO. 3593.
WHEREAS, construction of the rough grading and drainage improvements for
6 Faraday Avenue extension between the westerly terminus of the existing Faraday Avenue and
7 Cannon Road has been satisfactorily completed; and
6 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That construction of the rough grading and drainage improvements for
14 Faraday Avenue extension between the westerly terminus of the existing Faraday Avenue and
Cannon Road, specifically identified as Project No. 3593, is deemed complete and hereby
15 accepted.
16 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
l7 the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
16 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
19 held on the 25th day of July t 2000 by the following vote, to
