CASE NAME: QUESTHAVEN STREET NAME CHANGE CASE NO.: SNC 00-02 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did, on October 18, 2000, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider a street name change; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 5th day of December , 2000, held a duly noticed public hearing to consider said Street Name Changes and at that time received recommendations, objections, protests, comments of all persons interested in or opposed to SNC 00-02; and The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That above recitations are true and correct. 2. That Street Name Change (SNC 00-02) is adopted and Questhaven Road is renamed San Elijo Road and that the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 4851, on file with the City Clerk and made a part hereof by reference, are the findings and conditions of the Cib Council. . . . . 3 Resolution No. T-3-361 Page 2 r?
