RESOLUTION NO. 2000-364
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of James A. Courtney expires in July, 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
3. That the above recitations are true and correct.
4. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Carlsbad
Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in July, 2004:
KEITH GILLFILLAN
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad on the 5th dayof December ,2000, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
