RESOLUTION NO. 2001-5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS COMPLETE AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR SWIM COMPLEX SOLAR SYSTEM RENOVATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated funds for
the Swim Complex Solar System Renovation, hereinafter referred to as the “Project;” and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a construction contract for the
project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactory completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work for the Swim Complex Solar System Renovation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record
the Notice of Completion and to release the bonds thirty-five days after recordation for said
Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad held on the 9th day of January , 2001 by the following vote, to
witt:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard and Hall.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
