Carlsbad held on the 13th day of February , 2001, by the following vote to
wit:

RESOLUTION NO. 2001-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF JANITORIAL PAPER SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requires janitorial paper supplies, and;
WHEREAS, proper bidding procedures have resulted in the receipt of a bid from a
qualified vendor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows:
1. The bid of Cameo Paper and Janitorial Supply, 433 Cypress Lane, El Cajon CA
92020 is hereby accepted.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order
to this vendor for janitorial paper supplies as may be required for a period of three
years beginning March 1, 2001; such arrangement may be extended by the City
Manager for one additional one (1) year period to allow for rebiding. Pricing may be
adjusted only after mutual agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard and Hall.
