RESOLUTION NO. 2001-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE
Cl-W AT-KMWY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves:
1. That pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code, the City
Attorney is authorized to destroy records over two years old as shown on Exhibits “A” .
2. This resolution shall not authorize the destruction of any record, which
the City Attorney deems is necessary for the ongoing or current activity of the office.of the
City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED-AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day of February 7001, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard and Hall.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
