RESOLUTION NO. 2001-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL FOR THE ACTING
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR TO ATTEND THE NATIONAL PUBLIC
EMPLOYER LABOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
WHEREAS, the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association Annual
Conference is an educational and informational forum;
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs that it is in the public interest to authorize out-
)f-state travel for the Acting Human Resources Director to attend the National Public
Employer Labor Relations Association Annual Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That out-of-state travel is hereby authorized, in accordance with City policy, for
he Acting Human Resources Director to attend the National Public Employer Labor
telations Association Annual Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
he City of Carlsbad held on the 6th day of March , 2001, by the following vote,
0 wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nyqaard and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
