1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
2 AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CARRILLO
RANCH PHASE II. 3
4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it
5 necessary and desirable, and in the public interest to construct the Carrillo Ranch Phase II,
6 Project No. 34561-2; and
7 WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, material, tools,
8 equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidental of said project have been
9 prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are
10 incorporated by reference herein; and
11 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Public Facilities Fees account and the
12 project is included in the 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
14 California, as follows:
15 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
16 2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are hereby
17 approved.
18 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
lg City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 26th day of June ,200l by the
2o following vote, to wit:
21 AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard, and Hall.
22 NOES: None -
23 ABSENT: None.
