I RESOLUTION NO. 2001-248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OUT-OF-STATE
TRAVEL TO ATTEND THE ICMA ANNUAL CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized the development of, a
performance measurement system, and:
WHEREAS, the ICMA has requested that the City of Carlsbad give a presentation
regarding performance measurement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That out-of-state travel is hereby authorized, in accordance with City Policy, for two
(2) members of the performance measurement team to attend the ICMA Annual Conference in
Salt Lake City, Utah.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of August 3 200 1, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Finnila.
