RESOLUTION NO. 2001-252
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Robert Mertz expires in July, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
3. That the above recitations are true and correct.
4. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Carlsbad
Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in July, 2005:
ROBERT MERTZ
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of August ,200 1, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Finnila.
