A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE AND PLANT ESTABLISHMENT FOR CANNON ROAD WEST REACH 1
CANNON ROAD BRIDGE TEMPORARY IMPACT AREA WETLAND MlTlGATlONlRESTORATlON, CONTRACT NO. 3184-2.
WHEREAS, the maintenance and plant establishment for Cannon Road West Reach 1
Cannon Road Bridge Temporary Impact Area Wetland mitigation/restoration has been
7 satisfactorily completed; and
8 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
9 WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 California, as follows:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
13 2. That the maintenance and plant establishment for Cannon Road West Reach 1
,4 Cannon Road Bridge Temporary Impact Area wetland mitigation/restoration, specifically
identified as Project No. 3184-2, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.

3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
18 the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
17 4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
18 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
1s held on the 21st day of August , 2001 by the following vote, to
20 wit:
21 AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila, and Hall.
