2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE 3 MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMISSION
4 WHEREAS, the term of Renee Huston expires in July, 2001; and
5 WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Housing
6 Commission under the category of “Member at Large”; to fill the remainder of the term, which
7 expires in July, 200 1;
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
9 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 10

2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Housing
Commission, in the “Member at Large” category, for a term which expires in July, 2005:
