1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
2 OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD HOUSING COMMISSION 3
4 WHEREAS, the term of Doris Ritchie expires in July, 2001; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one additional member to the Housing
Commission under the category of “Member at Large”; to fill the remainder of the term, which
expires in July, 200 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
8 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
9 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
10 2. That the following person is appointed to serve as a member of the Housing
11 Commission, in the “Member at Large” category, for a term which expires in July, 2005:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 21st day of August ,2001, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila, and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
