RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 268
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ‘TV‘0 MEMBERS
TO THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Jim O’Meara expires in March 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term which expires in March, 2005:
SCOTT RUTLEDGE
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 21st day of August ,200l by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila, and Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
