RESOLUTION NO. 2001-321
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PALOMAR
#I46 FOR 2075 CORTE DEL NOGAL, SUITE Q.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that it is in
the best interest of the City to continue leasing space at 2075 Corte Del Nogal, Suite Q,
through October 31, 2003, and.
WHEREAS, the City Council has further determined that it accepts the terms of
the lease presented by Palomar #46 for the two-year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad. California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the lease agreement between the
City of Carlsbad and Palomar #46
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
23rd day of OCTOBER , 2001, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard Hall A
NOES: No&e
ABSENT: None
