RESOLUTION N0.2oo1-339
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE FOXES LANDING SEWER LIFT STATION UPGRADE,
PROJECT NO. 36561.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Foxes Landing Sewer Lift Station Upgrade has bee
satisfactorily completed by Falcon General Engineering, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbal
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Foxes Landing Sewer Lift Station Upgrade, specifical
identified as Project No. 36561, is deemed complete and is hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execui
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cii
Council held on the-day of NOVEMBER , 2001 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
