RESOLUTION NO. 2001-290
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the term of Courtney Heineman expires in October, 2001;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed as the Planning Commission
representative to the Design Review Board for a term expiring in October, 2005:
COURTNEY HEINEMAN
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Count
of the City of Carlsbad on the 1 lth day of DECEMBER ,2001, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Fin a, Nygaard, H
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
