CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ad,' California has determined it

parcels referenced above;
f the City of Carlsbad,
2. That the agreement between the City of Carlsbad and MAG Properties for the
Quitclaim of Fee Ownership of a Portion of Existing Rancho Santa Fe Road and Dedication of
Right-of-way is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
agreement.
3. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Quitclaim and
Reservation of Easement documents.
