RESOLUTION NO. *oo2-089
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF LEO
CARRILLO’S FURNITURE ESTIMATED AT A VALUE OF TEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000) IN SUPPORT OF LEO CARRILLO
RANCH PARK ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, wishes to accept this donation
and acknowledge the generosity and support of Lennar Communities and Mrs. Elizabeth Wiegand who
donated this furniture.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City does hereby accept the donation totaling ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
