RESOLUTION NO. 2002-091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORK AS COMPLETE AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING A NEW ROOF AT FIRE STATION
NO. 5 I/
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously appropriated funds for
furnishing and installing a new roof at Fire Station No. 5, hereinafter referred to as the "Project;"
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously awarded a contract for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Project work has been satisfactory completed; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion has been prepared for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and in the public interest
to accept the completed work for furnishing and installing a new roof at Fire Station No5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the completed work is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record
the Notice of Completion and to release the bonds thirty-five days after recordation for said
Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad held on the 26th day of , 2002 by the following vote, to
wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaa
