RESOLUTION NO. 2002-093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MOBILE MINI, INC FOR
THE LEASE OF PERSONAL PROPERY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined
hat it is in the best interest of the City to lease modular facilities to house the Library's
Zentro de lnformacion and Recreation's Stay-N-Play program during master planning
2nd construction of a future Pine School community park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has further determined that these modular facilities
will be located on the former Pine School property; and
WHEREAS, bids were received from four companies with Mobile Mini, Inc. of
;an Diego submitting the lowest and most responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement for the Lease of
Jersonal Property between the City of Carlsbad and Mobile Mini, Inc.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
If the City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 26th day of
MARCH , 2002, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaa
