RESOLUTION NO. 2002-097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
LANDSCAPEPROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it
CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE 1-5 I CAR COUNTRY RE-
necessary and desirable, and in the public interest to construct the 1-5 / Car Country
Re-landscape, Project No. 38355; and
WHEREAS, costs have been identified for the construction of the 1-5 / Car Country
Re-landscape, Project No. 38355; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the City Council Contingency Fund to cover the costs
of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That funds in the amount of $40,000 are hereby appropriated from the City Council
Contingency Fund to cover the cost of the 1-5 I Car Country Re-landscape,
Project No. 38355.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 26th day of MARCH ,2002 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Nygaard
