RESOLUTION NO. 2o02-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Frank Whitton was appointed to the Planning Commission on January 22,
2002, making him ineligible to continue serving on the Traffic Safety Commission; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Whitton’s term on the Traffic Safety Commission expires in July,
2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tlie City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to the Traffic Safety Commission whose
term will expire in July, 2005;
HOWARD HEFFNER
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad on the =day of APRIL ,2002, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Finn
