RESOLUTION NO. 2002-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE CHINQUAPIN SEWER LIFT STATION, 6-INCH FORCE
MAIN AND 8-INCH SEWER, PROJECT NO. 34941.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Chinquapin Sewer Lift Station, 6-Inch Force Main, and
i-Inch Sewer has been completed to the Citys satisfaction by Ahrens Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Chinquapin Sewer Lift Station, 6-Inch Force Main and 8-
Ich Sewer, specifically identified as Project No. 34941, is deemed complete .and is hereby
Iccepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
Ind record the Notice of Completion.
4. That all bonds on the subject Project will be released in accordance with State Law
Ind City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
leld on the mday of APRIL , 2002 by the following vote, to wit:
