RESOLUTION NO. 2002-240
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF POINSETTIA LANE REACH "C' AND DOMESTIC AND
36731,35851, AND 36752.
RECYCLED WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS, PROJECT NOS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has determined it
iecessary, desirable and in the public interest to construct Poinsettia Lane Reach "C and
lomestic and Recycled Water Transmission Mains, Project Nos. 36731, 35851, and 36752; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for furnishing of all labor, materials, tools,
?quipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidental to this project have been
repared and are on file in the Public Works-Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and
Ire incorporated herein by reference; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents on file in the Public Works-
Ingineering Department of the City of Carlsbad are hereby approved for construction of Poinsettia
-ane Reach "C and Domestic and Recycled Water Transmission Mains, Project Nos. 36731,
$5851, and 36752.

1 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to publish, in

accordance with State law, a Notice to Contractors Inviting Bids for the construction of Poinsettia
