RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
BEACH EROSION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Robert Prohaska submitted his resignation in June, 2002 and leaves a term
rhich will expire in June, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
ialifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
:arkbad Beach Erosion Committee for a term which expires in June, 2004:
