A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2000/01 STREET SEALING PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
5 WHEREAS, the construction of the 2000/01 Street Sealing project has been satisfactorily
6 completed; and
7 WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

California, as follows:

l2 as Project No. 3667-3, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the construction of the 2000/01 Street Sealing project, specifically identified
13 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute
14 the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council 16
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
