RESOLUTION NO. 2002-307
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Keith Gillfillan has resigned as a member of the Traffic Safety
:ommission from a term that expires in July, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
>arkbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
:arkbad Traffic Safety Commission for a term to expire in July, 2004:
GORDON CRESS
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
If the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of OCTOBER , 2002, by the
'ollowing vote, to wit:
4YES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Nygaard, Hall
VOES: None
4BSENT: Council Member Finnila
