RESOLUTION NO. 2002-310
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT AVIARA PARKWAY AND KESTREL DRIVE. PROJECT NO. 3369-2.
WHEREAS, the construction of the Traffic Signal at Aviara Parkway and Kestrel Drive
has been completed to the City's satisfaction by T&M Electric; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the Traffic Signal at Aviara Parkway and Kestrel Drive,
specifically identified as Project No. 3369-2, is deemed complete and is herebyaccepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
execute and record the Notice ofCompletion on Project No. 3369-2.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to release all bonds on Project No. 3369-2 in
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the mday of OCTOBER , 2002 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard, Ha
