RESOLUTION NO. 2002-163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER
TO THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of George Willis expired in March 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
3. That the above recitations are true and correct.
4. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term which expires in March, 2006:
RITA FRANCIS
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day of DECEMBER ,2002 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
