A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Seena Trigas has submitted her resignation from the Planning
:ommission and leaves a term that expires in April, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
1. That the following person is hereby appointed, to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Planning Commission for a term to expire in April, 2003:
MARTELL MONTGOMERY
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the Regular Meeting of the City Council
If the City of Carlsbad on the 4th day of FEBRUARY , 2003 by the following
lote, to wit:
