RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 081
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Marty Montgomery as a Planning Commissioner expires in
April 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
1. That the following person is hereby appointed, to serve as a member of the
Carlsbad Planning Commission for a term to expire in April, 2007:
MARTY MONTGOMERY
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of MARCH 2003, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Finnila, Hall, Packard
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
