RESOLUTION NO. 2003-128
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION
VILLAGE DRIVE ONLY.
OF CT 83-32 CALAVERA HILLS VILLAGE Q, CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the construction of CT 83-32, Calavera Hills Village Q, Carlsbad Village Drive
has been completed to the City’s satisfaction by McMillin Companies, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Village Drive meets the criteria of a circulation element roadway as
defined in the City’s General Plan and Council Policy No. 63; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been recorded; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the public improvements on Carlsbad Village Drive, from
College Boulevard to Tamarack Avenue, specifically identified on drawing number 303-2 is
deemed complete and is hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Acceptance of Public Improvements on Carlsbad Village Drive, from College Boulevard to
Tamarack Avenue.

4. That all bonds on the subject Project will be released in accordance with State Law
and City Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 20th day of MAY , 2003 by the following vote, to wit:
