RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 143
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD-
HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of John Jones as a member of the Historic Preservation
Commission expired in April 2003; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Jones has served in the following category: “a member who has an
interest in local history and has resided in the community for at least thirty years”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Historic Preservation Commission for a term to expire in April, 2006 in the category of “a
member who has an interest in local history and has resided in the community for at least thirty
years”.

of the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day of JUNE ,2003 by the following vote, to wit:
